I just recently visited Dietz by first time and I like it. The people were friendly and I had no problems of any kind. The place is rustic as they advertise in the webpage so when I got there is what I expected.
The range master was not very talkative but he wasn’t rude either. I grew up shooting guns in the countryside and this range is like going back in time. This place is for people who like the outdoors and appreciate to be left alone to shoot at your own pace. Those indoor Shooting Ranges where the tell you when to grab the gun, when to put your finger in the trigger, when to press the trigger, are for the city people that have no idea what the outdoors is all about. Right now I’m a professional working in an office and been able to go to a range like this is just very relaxing. Now for those of you badmouthing this place, it’s so simple, if you don’t like it here don’t come back. Just go find yourself a nice indoor range to go shoot your shinny guns. This place is for people who like it as it is.
