I've bought the last four family cars from Eric Basiliere at Dick Smith Ford of Downtown and I want to say he's amazing. He treats you well and knows what his doing. He is even funner to do repeated business with. I have a blast with him. He calls me up to let me know when all my maintenance is due. Having Eric on my side is great. Columbia's Best Ford Dealer Period 12/15/2011

Nathan Beard was great. He helped me out with every question I had. This dealership was a little further away than the local place but I decided to compare prices and when I called the price was significantly lower, Nate explained to me the Rebates and I realized that the ""local"" dealer was holding back some of the rebates. Thanks for honesty and great service. more

My wife hit a deer and total her car and we needed to replace it. She mentioned she liked the new Focus so we went to look at one. There we meet Eric Basiliere at Dick Smith Ford. He was so helpful. Right off the bat I could feel a good down to Earth vibe from Eric. He test drove us in three different cars and told us the differences on them until we found the one we liked. Eric is super easy to deal with with a no hassle attitude. You need a car new/used see Eric Basiliere at Dick Smith Ford. more

First Class service is what I wanted and is definetly what I recieved at Dick Smith Ford. I worked with Nathan Beard who showed me every SUV on the lot. I was looking for something with room but pretty decent gas mileage and the selection did not leave me wanting. Picked out the Ford Escape and have not regretted it one bit. Huge props to Nate and gang at Dick smith Ford more

I got referred to Eric Basiliere by a friend I work with that knows him and he got me my first car. Was so pleased on how things went and the experience. He explain to me what I needed and he did the rest. If anyone is looking for their first car call/email Eric he will help you out. more

I love my Ford Fusion....I worked with a gentleman name Nathan Beard...who was VERYknowledgable. I opted for the v6 sport model, little more pricey but I was sold on the test drive...plenty of power and drove like a 2 door sports car. Pricing was not an issue Nate hooked me up off the rip with a great price (partly cuz I told him what I wanted to pay) and there was no ordeal with my beater trade in. Awesome Job more

I bought a Hyundai Accent from Nathan Beard at Dick Smith Ford, I needed a small car that was relatively inexpensive but dependable. Nathan helped me find the Accent and I love it. I was on a bdget and did not try to force more from me. thanks nate more

Talk about selection! I have never seen so many F-150's in all of my life! It's truly incredible how many trucks and cars Dick Smith Ford has in inventory. I bought my truck from Roger Neal and the guys there at Dick Smith Ford and not only was the selection good but the service I received was even better. I highly recommend to anyone who wants to buy a new or even used vehicle to run on down to Dick Smith Ford and see Roger and the guys because they will take good care of you! more

I was desperate for a truck and I decided to give Dick Smith Ford a shot and see what they could do for me. That's when I meet Eric Basiliere(salesman). He knew his inventory from head to toe. He need exactly what F-150 would allow me to have the payments that I had in mind. Once he showed it to me, he showed me all the interesting features and the was it. I was in and out in less than 2hrs. Eric did an amazing job and I'm happy with him and his great organization. more

I am extremely pleased with the way business is done at Dick Smith Ford. Nathan Beard was my salesman and he is an absolute winner!!! Told me to leave my worries at the door but be very inquisitive...I thought of every question in the book, if he didn't know the answer he found it. The buying process was short and to the point showed me my rebate and finance options, something the other place didn't do. Easy experience and I have to thank you. more

I want to tell everyone about how happy I am with my Nissan Maxima! Roger Neal and his guys helped me find my dream car! It was a very hard color combo to find black on black, but Roger made it happen. I decided to buy myself a truck for Christmas and wanted to do it early so i wouldn't still be in a bad mood about it come Christmas day. So i went online and found a couple trucks i was interested in on Dick Smith Ford site and clicked the more info button and not even 15 mins later Ronnie Walrath was calling. He explained they're amazing internet pricing and made my experience a great one. i think this is my favorite christmas yet. more

I use to hate going through the process of buying a car. I have owned Mustangs my whole life and I never bought a car from the same salesman twice. Well, that just changed... I met Ronnie Walrath at Dick Smith Ford and for the first time ever, i am pleased! Ronnie really let me test drive this thing and explained all the differences in the models i have owned. I am now the happy owner of a 5.0 liter GT and when i am ready for my Roush ill be seeing Ronnie!!! more
