Very Professional 12/19/2011

I can honestly say that I did not expect to buy a car on that day I walked into the dealership. However I was given several options which exceeded my requirements and the price was right. Mr. Robert Hiller was professional and knowledgeable; he gave the facts but did not apply pressure to buy. I was in/out of financing in 10 minutes! Highly recommend Robert Hiller to anyone in the market for a new car. more

Nathan Beard sold me a 2011 M35 and I have nothing to say but love the car and loved the attention I recieved. Called the dealership to see if the car was available, Nathan answered the phone and right away sounded like a guy that I would be OK dealing with. Great Car, Great Service. more

MY 5TH PURCHASE AND IT'S A F-150! 12/19/2011

We have bought 5 cars in the last 3 1/2 years from Chad Weeden. This last purchase we made I came in for an oil change and ended up buying a new F-150! I just can't say enough good things about Chad and the Dick Smith Ford location! I have to be the #1 Dick Smith Ford customer!!!! more

I miss my old taurus, but I am in love with my new Explorer!!! So many new options that I have to get used too. The Sync though is awesome!! I dont see how I managed now without it. Thanks Lee for the great deal!! more

If your looking for a new truck, look no further!! They have a huge selection of whatever you are looking for. Mr Cook was real easy to deal with as well!! I got a great deal on my new F150 and they even set up financing with my credit union. They really make it easy!! more

Just bought a new Escape from Nathan Beard and thouroughly enjoyed my time there. I have to say that since I bought my last car 6 years ago this time around was much easier. I love the car and am having a great time learing the new technology like the SYNC system, Nate has been greatly patient with me trying to learn how to make phone calls without touching my phone, pretty neat stuff especially for a person my age. Great job all the way around and I will be back if I need another car more

I really enjoyed doing business with the people over at Dick Smith Ford. Mr. Cook made it too easy!! They were laid back and about as no pressured as it gets. I hate dealing with dealers using that high pressure, buy it now mentality. If your looking for a new or used vehicle I definatly recommend checking these guys out first. It was a pleasure!! more

I was very pleased with my purchase experience from Dick Smith Ford. I bought my Mustang from Roger Neal. At first they did not have the Mustang that I was looking for but Roger found my car at another lot and he made the arrangements to bring the car here so that I could have my dream car! Thanks to Roger for all of his help! This was truly a great experience! I highly recommend Dick Smith Ford to anyone. more

I walked in to Dick Smith Ford were I was pleasantly met Eric Basiliere. He did all the work for me, all I had to do was pick the car, test drive the car, and then ""sign & drive"". Anyone out there in the market go see Eric at Dick Smith Ford and let him and his organization do the work for you. I'll be seeing Eric in 3 years again. more
