Thank you mr Croft for your professional approch, and honesty. I enjoyed meeting him and I love my toyota. He provided my family with a great used car and great price. He went the extra mile to come in on his day off to deliver me my new car and came to my job during his lunch to help me go over the options i could not figure out. I was in a tough spot and Dick Smith Ford was my last try, I met Nathan Beard and told him upfrony my credit problems and what I was trying to do. Unlike the salesguy before who didnt even listen and told me sorry cant help you, Nate listened...said he would not promise me anything except he would do his best, drove away in a car 2 hours later. Thanks a lot nate more

He knew there wasnt a bunch of money to make on a old car with tons of miles and under $3500 he made it easy and actually had a car I liked. If your looking for no hassle and just want to buy a car, Nate at Dick Smith Ford would be a great place to start. i promise, he wont try and sell you something your not looking for. more

In & out with my new truck 4/30/2012

My husband and I needed a used truck to replace our old one. Upon arrival Eric Basiliere (salesman) approached us and ask how we were doing and if we needed help. We told Eric what we needed and within an hour and half we drove away with our new truck. Great people at Dick Smith Ford. more

I was looking for crossover s.u.v's and I went to Dick Smith Ford to see what Ford had available. Upon arrival I meet Eric Basiliere. He gave me all the information I needed and described the car to me with no pressure of buying. I ended up buying from Eric two days later. Great no pressure salesman! more

This is the second car I buy from Eric Basiliere at Dick Smith Ford. I didn't think he would be able to find the same kind of deal he gave us on the first one, but once I explained to him our situation Eric found the perfect size car for the monthly payments we were looking for. Recommend Eric to all that' s looking for a new/used vehicle. more

Lariat Love 4/25/2012

Didn't need my F250 anymore but was scared I was going to take a huge loss only being a year old. I had tried 2 other places and after leaving both of them laughing I tried one more call and it should have been my first. I talked to Nathan Beard and from the start of the conversation I knew we would get a long just fine. Needless to say I was able to work with a reasonable salesman at a reasonable dealership. Awesome Job guys. more
