I am new to the Dick Smith Ford Family, I'd been with Dick Smith Nissan. My Mustang was making a clicking noise at start-up. So I emailed the Service Department late one evening to see if they had heard of that type of problem before. I got a response the very next morning from Kyle Wilson. He was very polite, honest, and knowledgable. I brought my car in at the scheduled time, there was no waiting. Kyle actually greeted me, listened to the noise and knew exactly what it was. Advised me of the approximate wait time and took my car in for service. My problem was fixed and I was a happy camper. When I call or email Kyle with a question about service or my car in general, he is always on point. I wish every service department was like this one. Excellent customer service!
