The dealership allowed me to make the appointment over the phone and then sent me an email reminder for my calendar as well as a reminder the day before my service. when they realized they were going to be late in the time they had promised me to deliver my car, they made arrangements to get me a loaner so i could get back to work and on with my day. price came in as negotiated and all service completed as requested.\r
