Diamonds Chicago is the perfect place to buy a diamond. They educate you on all different types of diamonds so you know exactly what you are buying. All the staff are friendly and helpful. Don't waste your time anywhere else. more

Amazing Experience 8/26/2010

I did a good amount of research online before coming to Diamonds Chicago so I thought I knew a lot. Boy was I wrong! When I sat down with Carlee she educated me from minute one on the finer details of diamonds and how you can't tell everything about a diamond based on the paper grading. You really need to see the diamonds in person to make the right decision - I was looking for a cushion cut diamond and probably sat through 5 appointments and looked and about 30 diamonds until I found"" The One"", Carlee's patience with me was incredible. Carlee was very knowledgeable and made sure I got exactly what I was looking for in the diamond and the setting. I went to other larger store front jewelry stores and never felt the level of trust that I did at Diamonds Chicago. Oh and my fianc?e couldn't be happier with the ring it?s exactly what she wanted! Also buying diamonds wholesale seems to be the way to go as my ring appraised for way more than I paid. more

My son and I walked into "" Diamonds Chicago "" with some apprehensiveness yet anxious to find the perfect diamond and ring for his future fiance. \r Once we met Carlee we were anxious to begin our search, she was so professional and so very knowledgeable. (my son wanted me to help him knowing I had some knowledgeto choose the correct diamond. ) Carlee taught me more about diamonds with a hands on lesson and how to choose the right diamond for us. Every question and more was answered and I knew I would be comfortable with buying our diamond and ring.\r Our time with Carlee was the best ever and I would and will go to her again for any future purchases. I have already told many of our friends and recommeded they go for themselves to see and experience what we did.\r Our experience was nothing short of excellent.\r P.S. When we first came into the store, we had a lot of questions regarding choices between gold and platinum wedding bands. They gave us a tutorial like response, with in depth demonstrations of materials, even though they were just about to close and we hadn't come on an appointment. That really made us feel Diamonds Chicago was a good place to shop. With subsequent visits, we felt very well attended to and relaxed about the process of fittings and orders, etc. Now with our purchase completed, we know we made an excellent choice and recommend their jewelry selection and service to anyone who is serious about buying fine quality jewelry.\r more

Amazing Diamonds 7/24/2010

I just love my engagement ring my fiance bought me from Diamonds Chicago that we decided to get our wedding bands from there as well. After our engagement I had to get my ring fitted so I had the opportunity to visit the store myself. The ladies that worked there were very nice and seemed so excited for my fiance and I-they were very personable and very customer service oriented. When my fiance and I went back to the store to pick out our wedding bands I didn't seem rushed, I was able to take my time and really look around and try rings on until I found the band that I wanted for my wedding. I think Morgan received her work out for the day on this visit with as many times as she had to run up and down stairs. My engagement stone was also loose and they fixed it for free. I did not have an appointment, but still got knowledgeable and patent help in selecting the diamond hoop earrings I was looking for. Carlee and Alice worked with me to help me select the best earrings for the price, and offered free financing as well! Not to mention, my fiancée got my engagement ring diamond from DC, and my ring was re-sized three times at no charge. Very friendly and competent stuff.
