I did a good amount of research online before coming to Diamonds Chicago so I thought I knew a lot. Boy was I wrong! When I sat down with Carlee she educated me from minute one on the finer details of diamonds and how you can't tell everything about a diamond based on the paper grading. You really need to see the diamonds in person to make the right decision - I was looking for a cushion cut diamond and probably sat through 5 appointments and looked and about 30 diamonds until I found" The One", Carlee's patience with me was incredible.
Carlee was very knowledgeable and made sure I got exactly what I was looking for in the diamond and the setting. I went to other larger store front jewelry stores and never felt the level of trust that I did at Diamonds Chicago. Oh and my fianc?e couldn't be happier with the ring it?s exactly what she wanted! Also buying diamonds wholesale seems to be the way to go as my ring appraised for way more than I paid.
