Best Diamond Store in the world 3/10/2011

Service was outstanding!!! The sales associate took the time to explain what is involved when looking for a diamond ring. Took the time to show me what I was looking for. Found the perfect ring for me and kept well with in my price range. I will continue to do buisness with ONLY them when it comes to jewlery!!! more

If I could give more stars I would. If you are looking for a ring, diamonds, or any other special jewelry, I highly recommend Diamonds Chicago.\r \r Carlee was such a pleasure to work with. She not only sells diamonds, but she educates you about how to buy a diamond in case you do not buy from her and go somewhere else. There is no pressure and she will meet with you as many times as you would like. In fact, I met with her a total of four times (twice by myself and twice with my girlfriend). The two times my girlfriend and I met with her, we spent over an hour each time just going through all the different types of diamonds and learning what to look for and how they are graded. \r \r I ended up finding an awesome diamond. I had such a pleasant, fun and enjoyable experience working with Carlee at Diamonds Chicago that I have recommended them to many people since. In fact, my fiance and I are going back in two weeks to select our wedding bands! I can't wait!\r \r more

I had the pleasure of working with, Fahmina, who couldn't have made things easier for me. She was very patient with me and helped me understand the different things to look for when examining a stone. There was no pressure to buy anything and in fact i had a few visits. They encouraged me to look elsewhere because they are that confident in their work. I did look at a few other places and would not have ended up anywhere but Diamonds Chicago. We spent alot of time discussing diamonds and ended up purchasing a stone and ring after meeting with Carlee the first day. We felt immediately at ease and realized we had come to the right place. They are not typical sales staff. They realize it is a very important purchase, and want you to be happy with the result. We will definitely pass on the information to friends and family that this is the only shop you need to go to. more

Carlee was amazing and completely understood what I was looking for and my concerns about custom-made rings. I can't say enough how thrilled my fiance and I are with how well the ring turned out! We have had a very positive experience at Diamonds Chicago. My fiance bought my engagement ring there. It is beautiful! We enjoyed working with Fahmina. We went back and bought our wedding bands there as well. Since the rings are priced at wholesale you get more with your money than at the jewelry chains. more
