Went here to shop for stones for an engagement ring. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable. Carlee, Heather and Fahmina were outstanding and went out of their way repeatedly to help educate me on the process as well as to ensure that I was happy with the ring and the stones we'd selected. I was looking for the perfect engagement ring and heard about Diamonds Chicago. I went in to the store knowing what I wanted and came out the same day with the perfect diamond, and setting. I did alot and I mean ALOT of research on diamonds before I started shopping for an engagement ring for my girlfriend. Needless to say, I was still overwhelmed when I was actually looking around. I made an appointment at Diamonds Chicago. From the first moment, Heather made me feel comfortable by giving me an education in what to look for. Who knew that just because a diamond looks perfect on paper, it may not be exactly what you're looking for? Carlee was excellent and she worked with me to get the best price for the best stone. I was referred to Diamonds Chicago by my sister-in-law and my brother. I had previously purchased merchandise from the Jewelry stores in the mall and learned my lesson quick that they are over priced and the quality of the diamonds are not that good. The first time I visited Diamonds Chicago and sat with Carlee to purchase some diamonds studs. She really educated me on how to look at diamonds. She was very pleasant and professional. I would recommend anyone in the market looking to purchase good quality diamonds to see Carlee at Diamond Chicago or any of her staff.
