Very friendly professional service. The staff at Diamonds Chicago were very interested in making our experience comfortable and made sure that we were making our purchase with confidence. When we first came into the store, we had a lot of questions regarding choices between gold and platinum wedding bands. They gave us a tutorial like response, with in depth demonstrations of materials, even though they were just about to close and we hadn't come on an appointment. That really made us feel Diamonds Chicago was a good place to shop. With subsequent visits, we felt very well attended to and relaxed about the process of fittings and orders, etc. Now with our purchase completed, we know we made an excellent choice and recommend their jewelry selection and service to anyone who is serious about buying fine quality jewelry.\r
