These folks act like they don't know you the instant the sale is complete. My 'new' dishwasher arrived at my house out of the box, (with a manual printed from the internet with no original paperwork nor installation guide) with several bent pieces including the bottom sled-like rail that the dishwasher rests on. The result was it rested uneven and wobbled from opposite corner to corner. \r \r I called my 'friendly' salesrep who sold me the dishwasher and fridge and was pretty much told that it was impossible that they had damaged the dishwasher and there was no way it was anything less than new (as they do NOT take merchandise back under any circumstances). He offered to send a service person out to take a look at it. I told him that I had tried to bend the rail back into position myself as the washer was getting installed immediately. I asked about getting a discount (maybe waiving the $55 I spent on shipping?) and he said he'd look into it. I never heard back from him.\r \r So for those more

They were recommended by Whrilpool and they came out to fix my washer. The serviceman did not connect the water hose correctly and left. When I started a new load of laundry it flooded our whole garage and no one will call me back and they are very rude on the phone. Cons: Rudeness, not help-ful and not considerate....Horrible Service more

Was not informed of service fee and was charged a fee when no service was ever performed. Owner was very combative when asked why fee was never explained and very rude. more

The owner is rude and combative with customers. He does not inform people of the service fee and way overcharge for that fee. He does not listen or explain any policies and when you ask questions, he yells at you. Pros: no pros tp this company Cons: bad service, rude owner, do not inform customers, misleading more

We wanted local service, so were willing to pay the premium price they charged. But their attitude changed the minute we signed the credit card charges. They changed the delivery date without apology or any shred of flexibility. The installers were incredibly rude - while I was trying to tell them that they had put the removed refrigerator in the wrong place, they simply resumed their conversation, talking over me as I spoke. Later one complained to me that he had to work despite issues with his knees, because HE didn't have a wife who worked all day so HE could sit at home? then he told me that if HE had lots of money (he actually said 'if I were stinking rich') he SURE wouldn't have purchased THIS package (the four appliances they had just sold to us - with stainless steel fronts) because they were too hard to keep clean. This was the worst service I've ever had. They are a Maytag recommended service provider and they have not fixed the problem with my dryer which is still broken and they are refusing to come out again without another service call fee ($85+ with tax). The owner was rude and kept interrupting me when I tried to explain the problem. I would never recommend them and I will never use them again. There was a pretty good selection of appliances here, though I prefer Whirlpool and their WP line was very weak, nearly non-existent. Nonetheless, they had nice stuff and new what they were talking about. They were, however, understaffed and it showed in regards to the lack of attention some of the customers received. PROS: Decent selection, they know their appliances well CONS: Don't carry wide variety of brands, understaffed. more
