These folks act like they don't know you the instant the sale is complete. My 'new' dishwasher arrived at my house out of the box, (with a manual printed from the internet with no original paperwork nor installation guide) with several bent pieces including the bottom sled-like rail that the dishwasher rests on. The result was it rested uneven and wobbled from opposite corner to corner. \r

I called my 'friendly' salesrep who sold me the dishwasher and fridge and was pretty much told that it was impossible that they had damaged the dishwasher and there was no way it was anything less than new (as they do NOT take merchandise back under any circumstances). He offered to send a service person out to take a look at it. I told him that I had tried to bend the rail back into position myself as the washer was getting installed immediately. I asked about getting a discount (maybe waiving the $55 I spent on shipping?) and he said he'd look into it. I never heard back from him.\r
