Fast, Reliable, and Cost effective! Best in town 3/14/2014

Ill keep this short and sweet, but my Garage door spring snapped and I dragged my feet long enough and decided it was time to call the professionals! I googled and found Dependable Garage Doors and I will say the name speaks for it self! They are DEPENDABLE ! I called last minute just knowing that they were going to say "sorry we are all booked" no way! they asked me "when would you like to have a service guy out there" when I replied as soon as possible I was told someone would be here in 1 hour... WOW! and sure enough 1 hr later Luis shows up and this guy hit the ground running. He assessed my garage, consulted me on the benefits of going with a dual spring. I had already purchased a single replacement spring but decided to take it back and let Luis install the dual spring. Glad I did, after his installation my door RAN BETTER THAN EVER BEFORE! I am now going to have him install a new Garage Door Opener next month and possibly a new garage door in the near future. I highly recommend this company and if you can get Luis you are already a step ahead. Great job! more

Superb Customer Experience!! 1/25/2014

Woke up Saturday morning to discover my garage door could not open and a torsion spring was broken trapping my cars in the garage. Called Dependable Garage Door Service and Louis was out at my house within an hour. Explained exactly what needed to be done and then worked very efficiently to make the needed repairs. Did not try to upcharge me or to sell me any unneeded parts or servicing. DGDS has themselves a VERY satisfied customer. Will be buying a new Liftmaster unit in the near future to replace my 15 year old unit and it will definitely come from DGDS. Be sure to ask for Louis to do your repair work or installation as he does a great job, is customer centric, and make's sure you are 100% happy! more

Great!! 10/24/2013

My garage door got mest up like at 7. I tried to figure out to problem. Obviously I couldn't fix it. I called and they came right away. Roger was very nice and explained the problem well. I thought it was going to cost an eye and leg and it was. Very reasonably price. I am glad I called to this company. more

Matt was great! He took time to answer all my questions in detail and made suggestions to lengthen the life of my spring and door. He didn't pressure me on any of the suggested repairs but explained them fully and helped me make the best decision for our home. They gave me a same day appointment and were here on time. This is the third time we have used Dependable Garage Services. They are a great company. Each tech they have sent out has been terrific. On-Time as Promised 1/10/2013

Called on a Wednesday at 5:00 pm with a garage door emergency and was told technicians would be onsite by 9:00 am the next morning. Rafael and his assistant showed up early, went to work and repaired the door in less than two hours. Great Service Rafael!!! more
