I found this company on the internet after I found that the company that originally installed the garage doors are now out of business. They were so nice and very competent. I will definitely call them again if I have problems with my garage doors. more

horrible experience 4/2/2011

i contact company with full intent on purchasing custom wood garage doors. Initially i was told too busy..i will get a call back.4 hours later i called back.Appointment was set up....no show...no call.I call...they apologize..another appointment set up...no show...no call.Interesting business model! more

Fast, great service 12/10/2010

The technician was at my house within 90 minutes of me calling to schedule an appointment. He replaced two broken springs quickly under less-than-ideal circumstances, and even put up with "help" from one of my cats. The tech did recommend several additional services, which, of course, would have added to the price of the call. But I have no doubt the work he suggested needs to be done, and there was absolutely no pressure to buy anything. All in all, a great experience. more

Helpful and awesome. 11/18/2010

My garage door wasn't closing correctly, and it seemed like a problem with the sensor. When I called they thought they might actually be able to walk me through the repair over the phone, so when I got home I just tried it myself. Turns out I didn't need a repair guy, I just needed someone to tell me I could do it myself. Now my garage door works AND I'm empowered! Yea! :) If I ever really do need a repair guy, I'll definitely give Dependable a call. more

Quick Response, OK Service 10/4/2010

Dependable Garage Door Service had someone show up within hours of my call. I was told my unit would be costly to fix and it was recommended that I replace with Liftmaster 3255. Installer gave me price and left for 20 minutes to get rail. After installation, I gave installer 10 Internet coupon that I printed out. Installer said the price was already discounted and he couldn't accept coupon. I hadn't mentioned coupon previously. Why have a coupon on website if it is useless? Installer also gave incorrect instructions for programming HomeLink in car. more

Excellent Experience 9/14/2010

Garage Door cable broke in the biggest down pour from hurricane Hermine. Corey came out really fast and not only fixed the cable but showed me some other things I needed which made a lot of sense and I knew exactly what he was saying. He fixed my garage door so fast. It works better than it ever has and he fixed some other problems I was having as well. I will never use anyone else. more

Garage Door Repair 7/16/2010

I needed help because the garage door would not go down. I googled garage doors and decided on Dependable. They came to my rescue. The serviceman was nice and friendly, but professional. Quick, honest and quality service. 2/28/2010

I recently called and spoke with Pate on a Sunday after 5:00 PM. He discussed the solution and provided a quote over the phone immediately. He was able to send out a technician, Tim, who was at our house within the hour. Within the next hour the mainspring was replaced, Tim lubed the rollers on both garage doors and checked out his repair work and both garage doors. Great service, great response and great people. I will definitely recommend them to anyone that needs garage door repair work. more

Diagnosed over phone 2/18/2010

I recently called and spoke with Pate. I told him the problem with my door and he was able to diagnose it over the phone. He told me what to do, I did it, and it worked - for no charge! I've used Dependable Garage Door Service before for a different problem and they were polite, quick, and the price was very reasonable. more

Dependable Garage Door was referred to me by a co-worker of mine and I had an excellent experience with them. They were very professional and responsive...they arrived within a couple hours of the time I called them to do the job. They re-aligned the garage door, putting it back on the rails, and everything turned out great. They handled it quickly and their pricing was appropriate. I would definitely use Dependable Garage Door again. more

Called Dependable for an estimate. He gave me a price that beat the other calls I have made. Made the appointment for 3 to 5 PM The tech was there at 3:45. He explained what I need and why. Did the work and was gone in an hour. Good Folks more

Everything went very smoothly with Dependable Garage Door. They came out to fix the springs and rollers in our garage door and did exactly what they said they would. They were timely, and the job was done perfectly. I would highly recommend Dependable Garage Door. In fact, I already have recommended them.
