Woke up Saturday morning to discover my garage door could not open and a torsion spring was broken trapping my cars in the garage. Called Dependable Garage Door Service and Louis was out at my house within an hour. Explained exactly what needed to be done and then worked very efficiently to make the needed repairs. Did not try to upcharge me or to sell me any unneeded parts or servicing.
DGDS has themselves a VERY satisfied customer. Will be buying a new Liftmaster unit in the near future to replace my 15 year old unit and it will definitely come from DGDS.
Be sure to ask for Louis to do your repair work or installation as he does a great job, is customer centric, and make's sure you are 100% happy!
