I just wanted to emphasize all the staff from Dents Unlimited, especially Marc LaFerriere for making this situation of fixing the hail damage on my brand new car I leased just four months ago, an easy and efficient ordeal for me. I am from California (the state) so I never experienced hail damage on my car before which was overwhelming for me until your business put me at ease and helped me to feel less stressed about the process of fixing my car. I also just want to emphasize that everyone that I encountered at this business, again especially Marc LaFerriere, was so very kind and respectful to me, which makes a huge difference when you deal with customers, who most are upset or distressed about their vehicle being damaged in one way or another. So I just wanted to send a big THANK YOU to everyone at Dents Unlimited for helping me feel more at ease, the efficient job you did on my car and for all the help you did on making this an easy situation that I had to encounter. I would most definately bring my car to you again if I need my car fixed again. I will also recommend to anyone I know who needs their car fixed to go to your business. I have had my truck & cars in for hail damage... End result exceeded my expectations> I bought a used vehicle that needed a new hood. They perfectly matched the paint ( red is always hard to do), blended the old & new remarkably well. Even my daughter (very picky) has been pleased with what she has had done thru Dents Unlimited. After the big September hail storm hit, my insurance agent recommended Dents Unlimited, for quality, professionalism and quick turn-around. He was absolutely correct! They did a wonderful job on my vehicle and left quite an impression. Everyone in the office is so friendly. And, on numerous occasions, I heard men in the shop singing....yes, SINGING! I thought, "WOW! The employees are even happy here!" Happiness in the job....creates perfection in the work!!! Time passed and I started to hear a clatter in my door. Not sure if it was something that had worked it's way loose after the dent repair, I called and asked if it was something they had tinkered with during the dent repair so I called and was advised to bring my car in for a check. Turns out, this wasn't something they had needed to remove or replace during the hail repair but they were more than willing to remove the panel and discover the problem. Turns out it was a blown speaker. When I was notified of the issue, I was never pressured, or bullied into doing something about it. I was simply asked if it was something I wanted to take care of given options. When my answer was "not yet", they just put the panel back on and sent me on my way. Forward to the February snow storm. I had needed new tires since fall but was putting it off until I could afford it. Once I was able, I began making some calls. Of course, DUL was on my call list and I was so impressed by the treatment I received, their fair pricing and absolute willingness to work with me, it was no contest! I have not seen, heard, spoken with or met one person in this company that leaves me on edge or questioning the validity of mechanical diagnosis. All females know the fear of having to get your car worked on. You tend to feel like most places see you coming and all they can see is dollar signs floating above your made up hair and manicured nails. Not these guys! I'm not talked down to or made to feel like they know what's best for me. I've always felt like whatever was going to happen to my car was my idea. It's very nice to be treated as though I actually have some sense and I'm not just a "ditsy female" to pull one over on. I look forward to having and maintaining a good relationship with DUL for years to come! Thank you for a job well done!!!!! more

Took my 04 Grand Prix after someone rear-ended me. The work was completed in a timely manner. Upon first receiving my vehicle, the paint was slightly discolored from the original and the owner took it upon him to see that I was satisfied. His customer service was exceptional, in that instead of going through the hassle of getting another rental vehicle, he allowed me to use the company truck while my bumper was being re-painted. Upon receiving my car the second time, the paint looked pristine! (despite the difficulties they were having) They went over and above my expectations by restoring my headlights as 'compensation' for the trouble. Overall, a very good experience. RECOMMENDED more

I took my '02 VW Beetle into Dents Unlimited and the customer service was only the icing on the cake. I got a call less than two hours later from DU telling me that all dings and dents had been removed, including a few that I forgot to point out! Upon pulling up, it was like seeing my car for the first time when I pulled it off the VW lot ten years ago. This company is top notch. I thank you for your time and expertise! more

My daughter and wife took our car in for an appraisal after my daughter did some "unauthorized body work." ;-) They treated both of them with respect, explaining the details of what needed to be done, including some options and some possible issues. They provided a very detailed repair plan. They worked with our insurance very well; some other damage was revealed after they took everything apart, and they worked with the insurance to modify the claim so it would be covered. Additionally, that part of the car had been poorly repaired previously, they pointed out the issue, then repaired that as well. Customer service was spectacular, including loaning us a car while the vehicle was in, even beyond the repair, since I had to be out of town for a few days. I'm now a loyal customer; my van is going in for work on my own nickel. Highly, highly recommended. more

This is the gem of autoshops. Took my truck their after I found a dent in the bed. Immediately received a quote, which I thought was very reasonable, and made an appointment the next morning. I brought my truck in and they pulled it in immediately. Thirty minutes later she looked like new. Extremely skilled professional service. Cannot say enough about them, except that I already have my parents taking their vehicles there. Five stars is an understatement. more

This is the third time we have used Dent's Unlimited and each time the service, speed and just how they take care of your problem is first class. The first time was for hail damage and I could not believe how my repairs turned out, perfect, the second time was for some window tinting, the work looks like it came from the factory that way, again perfect, the third time is from the last little snow, some damage to the rear of my wife's car, repairs are perfect. Just got my '03 Tahoe back from them and I am in shock. My car has never looked this good before, I'm at a loss for words. I originally took my vehicle there to get body work done on my door handle after my car got broken into. I had a few other small dents around the car that I wanted to have taken care of as well. They also recommended a complete buff of the entire car because of a few scratches and swirls in the paint. Its a black car so you can see every little blemish in the paint. As soon as I pulled up I didn't even recognize my car, it looked amazing. I really thought they re-painted it because it looks brand new. The staff at Dents Unlimited is more than you can ask for. I've never dealt with a company like this that genuinely cares about its customers and looks out for whats in their best interest. They are truly a class act. more

I have used Dents Unlimited twice now. The first time was for a dent repair and window tinting, the second was to have a door handle replaced. Both times the service was on time and the bill was as estimated. They do excellent work for a fair price. I highly recommend them! more

My black 2007 crv looks new. They were even apologetic about a couple of of scratches that did not come out right which in reality were do to my prior efforts to fix them. Let the "pros" do it for you, you will be happy you did !! more

I had to get repairs done after someone backed into my car while it was parked in a lot. Getting my estimate was quick and simple and the price I was quoted was the actual price I paid. I was so pleased at how my car looked when it was done and I think looked a little better than when I first bought it brand new. The color was incredible and the dents, dings, and other paint colors were gone. My car looked like it was brand new again I wanted to cry. Everyone at the shop was so nice and they got the repairs done in the time they said and I could not have been more pleased. I would recommend them to anyone who needs work done. I found out they do detail work there as well, so I know where I will take my car to have that completed! more

Two days into our new Dodge Grand Caravan and we got a chip in the windshield. Yuck! Dents unlimited did a great job fixing the rock chip, you can hardly tell it even happened. We also got the tinting done on our van and it looks awesome. This is the 4th vehicle I've had tinted, and this is by far one of the best (and biggest) jobs I've seen done! The customer service was great too! more
