My daughter and wife took our car in for an appraisal after my daughter did some "unauthorized body work." ;-) They treated both of them with respect, explaining the details of what needed to be done, including some options and some possible issues. They provided a very detailed repair plan.
They worked with our insurance very well; some other damage was revealed after they took everything apart, and they worked with the insurance to modify the claim so it would be covered.
Additionally, that part of the car had been poorly repaired previously, they pointed out the issue, then repaired that as well.
Customer service was spectacular, including loaning us a car while the vehicle was in, even beyond the repair, since I had to be out of town for a few days.
I'm now a loyal customer; my van is going in for work on my own nickel. Highly, highly recommended.
