I have always been a believer in first impressions, and I received a good one with you from the first time I talked to you and your staff on the telephone. It was obvious to me that you were a professional who knew his business and was not out to gouge the consumer. You repaired my car within the time-frame so I could get to work. I want to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent repair & restoration work performed by you and your staff on my car. Your shop handled the entire repair with absolute professionalism. Your ongoing communication was refreshing, and I felt fully informed throughout the process considering Im a woman that knows nothing about cars. You run your business with absolute integrity and honesty. You have earned a loyal customer and a reliable source of referral.
