Excellent Experience - Incredible Quality 2/25/2018

We took my 2010 Mercedes Benz GLK in for an overhaul last week. Over the course of 100k miles and one fender bender, the car needed some body and paint work, new tires and windshield repair. Dents unlimited did it all for us and the car looks brand new. I would recommend them to absolutely anyone as they are perfectionists at what they do and their quality is hands down the best we've seen. Thank you very much! Great performance by the Dents team 5/18/2017

Outstanding Service and Repair ! 2/20/2017

I had a very small (quarter size) dent in my Jeep and wanted it repaired. The staff at Dents Unlimited was absolutely amazing! This was a small job but they treated me like I was their most important customer. The professionalism of everyone and their desire to insure that you, their customer, was completely satisfied with the service and quality of their workmanship is impressive. Great body shop 11/18/2016

First time using a body shop for a paint less repair on a Dodge Challenger. I was adamant that I did not want the car painted if at all possible. Mark said he would do his best & best he did! Crease & dent on right rear quarter panel are gone. Looks like it never happened. Even repaired a few door dings on the driver side that were there on the drivers side when we bought it. I told him not to worry about those but knowing what the car means to us took it upon himself to see what he could do with them. Thank you very much for your professionalism and the pride you take in your work. That's hard to find these days. more

Needed tires for my van and dents came through with flying colors. I looked high and low for descent affordable tires. Dents found exactly what I wanted and the price couldn't be beat... Their service was exceptional. Couldn't be more pleased~!!! more

Exceptional Body Shop 7/5/2016

I have taken my vehicles to Dents Unlimited for the past several years. They have fixed dings, dents and also did major body work on two of my trucks. In each case, I was totally satisfied with their work and service. Their attention to detail and customer service are exceptional. I would recommend Dents Unlimited without hesitation. Amazing staff and quality work! 10/19/2015

This was quite possibly the best customer service I've ever had. I had a chipped windshield and called Toalson to get a quote. Deborah was extremely pleasant on the phone, got the info she needed from me, and quickly called me back with the price to replace the glass. She also suggested that depending upon the size/location of the chip, I might want to try having it repaired instead of replaced. I ended up driving on over so they could take a look at the chip. A guy came out right away to look at my windshield, we discussed the options, and decided on replacement. Once again Deborah stepped up to help me and quickly got me on the schedule. I brought my car in at the appointed time, the work was completed, and it was ready to go right when they had said it would be, for exactly the price they had quoted. Everything went perfectly! My almost new BMW picked up some minor dents and scratches and it was really bothering me. Marc LaFerriere at Dents Unlimited gave me a couple of different options to fix it and I selected the paintless repair option. What they were able to do in just one day was just short of amazing. The car looks great now and the price to fix it was super reasonable. The customer service was awesome and they worked on the car - as if it was their own. I read a lot of the reviews about Dents Unlimited before picking them and wondered if they could be as good as everyone said. They are! Very pleased with the work, communication, and car care. 3/3/2015

The staff at Dents Unlimited were very helpful in scheduling my car repair and accommodating the pickup time I needed when my vehicle was finished. Communication was positive, clear and concise. The work completed on my car was excellent. When I picked up my car it had been washed and vacuumed. This kind of customer service is what a person hopes for but rarely gets. Thanks Dents Unlimited! I would highly recommend this company 2/27/2015

Dents Unlimited did body work on my vehicle. They were able to get my vehicle quickly fixed, and they did an outstanding job on the repairs. They finished the job in the speed in which they promised. Professionalism and pride still exist! 2/17/2015

I have a good relationship with the staff of Dents Unlimited because used to be in the auto business. I am familiar with what it takes to run a successful auto business. We have been to Dents Unlimited several times because they are the most polite people I have know. They have very professional operations and make sure we are informed of the work they are doing. They inspect the cars properly and work on them until we are satisfied. Not very many people today have the time or energy to do that. These people are a god send to this town! 11/12/2014

I hit a deer on the way to my daughters birthday party, so the already bad situation was amplified. I had reached a level of stress I never knew existed and my insurance company sends me to Machens. Well needless to say by the time I left there (with my car) I actually thought my head might explode. Then I called Dents Unlimited. I talked to Marc, who must have known how stressed I was because I think he saved my sanity! Marc was willing to work with me on every aspect of the repair. He even set up my tow and rental (the insurance company was supposed to have, but failed to do so). Machens told me it would take six weeks and Dents took less than two. The most refreshing part is the level of not only professionalism but common courtesy for someone who is visibly stressed to the point of no return. I am so glad we have ONE fair, honest, reputable company in this town. Not only were they able to fix the body work but also the mechanical damage the deer inflicted. Best place for windshield replacement!! 10/25/2014

I spoke with the shop over the phone to obtain a price and set-up an appointment; they were very helpful and fast! I dropped my car off in the morning to have the windshield replaced and they finished within a few hours. Everyone was very professional and their shop had a nice, comfy waiting room if you decide to wait. I was very pleased with the work they performed and the price was the best in town! Paintless Dent Repais 4/21/2014

I had some unsightly dents in the hood of my 2013 GMC Sierra. One of the dents was in the crease line of the hood. Mark was able to utilize his pdr expertise and you cannot tell there was any damage. The hood is absolutely perfect. Never thought he could restore that shiny black hood to looking brand new but he did and for a very fair price. His work is excellent. This place is a stand-out. 3/4/2014

I looked at Dents Unlimited to repair a bad door ding/scratch/crease on my new truck. I did so because of meeting four of the employees over the past year or so and was surprised with how well they spoke of the business and owners. The web reviews seemed to agree. I just picked my truck up today and was not disappointed. Ryan made me feel from the beginning like my truck was his personal show car and the work would aim at perfection - and they delivered. My new truck is back to new. This is the kind of business owners and employees that we all imagine as ideal. I've been to several body shops and have never seen this kind of commitment and dedication to doing everything right - this one stands out. more

Have used Dents Unlimited three different times. Once for hail damage (PDR-Paintless Dent Repair), the second time was also for PDR work and the most recent for body repair with painting. Paintless dent repair. 10/5/2013

I have used Dents Unlimited several times (hail damage, window tinting, windshield chip repair, etc) and have always been satisfied. Most recently, someone backed into my vehicle on a parking lot. They repaired the dent at the bid estimate even though the repair took much longer than expected as my vehicle had reinforced steel! The doors locks on the driver's side didn't work when I picked the vehicle up---a very common problem associated with my vehilcle. They repaired it at their cost of parts and labor. Mark LaFerriere & the entire staff were great to work with and wanted to ensure that I was fully satisfied----which I was! You, too, will be fully satisfied if you use their services! more
