Dalrock foundation reviewed my home in north Dallas and determined that repairs were needed. I felt the inspector was honest seeing how the other company wanted to sell me more work than what was needed. The crew came out as scheduled and made the repairs over a two day period. After the repairs the crew cleaned up and left my property looking as good as it did before they started. I was very happy with the entire experience, I will recommend Dalrock to my friends. I had an appointment with them this morning to look at my foundation. They gave me a window of 2 hours. They don't start before 9AM and they don't do weekends. So I took time off from work to meet them. Had a window from 9-11, all morning. I called them at 10:30 to see where the estimator was and they told me that they cancelled all of their appointments today because of rain..... It misted here for maybe an hour. The ground is dry, but OK, they didn't know if it was going to be bad or not so I give them that. But no phone calls or email. She says she called me, but there is no voice mail. She said she emailed me when I didn't answer the phone. There was no email. I know they have both of them because she called me first to set up the appointment and I gave her the email address on that call. What a waist of my precious time. more

We called several repair companies 2 companies said we needed repairs and Justin with Dalrock said the house was fine. We were totally confused by the different estimates. Justin recommended that we call a ENGINEER TO MAKE AN INSPECTION. The Engineer said the house needed no repairs. We were very pleased that the Dalrock rep was honest. At the end of the process Dalrock saved us THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS ! more

We were noticing interior sheet rock cracks, brick cracks, and the front door would not lock correctly. The house is only 12 years old, but a couple of years ago we had a leak test done because the water bill was extreme. The plumber identified a leak under our the foundation Because of the leak were we afraid we would at some time need foundation repair work. During the wet months of the season the cracks get better and the front door will even lock, but now that its getting hot outside the cracks are coming back and the front door will no longer lock. We called three foundation repair companies to come out and provide us with a repair plan as to how better repair our home. This turned out to be quite a experience. The first company came out and without even using a level told us we needed piers around the outside of the house. His total cost was $16K. The 2nd company was a no show, this was after i took off work. The next company sent an estimator , I thought he would never leave! He tried to get me to sign up that day, even after I told him I was getting other estimates. Originally told me we needed a lot of work. His total estimate was $18k. The longer he stayed the less the job was going to cost. Before he left he actually discounted the job to $12,5k UNBELIEVABLE! I am writing this to inform everyone to beware of foundation repair estimators seems they have only one thing in mind. To Sell you as many piers as possible, except for the last company that came out. DALROCK FOUNDATION REPAIR, they sent out an estimator, he used a machine that registered the actual floor elevations of my foundation. Justin (sales rep) explained how the machine worked and how to make since of the readings. As it turned out the reading told me that the front of my house was between 1 - 2 inches low causing the door not to lock and the sheet rock cracks. He also explained that the 2 large trees in the front yard was causing the movement and settlement. Dalrock recommended 15 piers and a root barrier, total cost $4k. Dalrock completed the repairs last week and we are very, very happy with the total experience with them not to mention the money we save!!! THANK YOU DALROCK!!! more

No one wants to hear ""Your Foundation needs Repaired"". I called several companies. Some of the came out, and some just didn't even show up. Dalrock answered the phone promptly. They booked my appointment and was able to come out within one week,. Other companies could not get me an appointment for several weeks. One BIG Name company came out and said "" You need piers all around your house"". Another Company said ""You need piers inside & Out"". As this process went on, I asked each of them, ""What caused this to happen?"" I received so many different things and never really received an answer that made sense. Dalrock ""Rex Hise"" came out promptly and gave me a free written inspect report of my home.He sat down with me and began to expain "" What caused this?"" He didn't give me one option, but several options. Rex explained that the trees roots on the west side of my home were growing under my foundation, and a few other reasons for the damage to my slab.. Dalrock's opinion made common sense. Then he told me step by step the process of fixing my foundation. A few days later I received a report with elevation readings, a diagram, showing where all my damages were, and recommendations. I was impressed. I took a few weeks to think about every thing I had learned about foundation repair. During that time one company called me and asked if i had made a decision. Rex and his office staff sent me a thank you letter, and a follow up email. Rex even took the time to call and offered me a discount and a few freebies too. Even with out the discount, Dalrock's prices were competitive. I agreed to give the repairs to Dalrock. The office scheduled repairs to start within a few weeks. They emailed me promptly with a contract and called me several days to reassure me repairs were going to start when we scheduled them too. The crew showed up, and were very professional. Before I knew it, the repairs were done. The cleaned up and picked up and it looked as though they were never there. The process in repairing my foundation was done quickly and professionally. I would recommend this company for your foundation repair. My overall experience was very good. Call them today. more

Rex couldn't care less about customers and his son, Justin (crewmanager) is not qualified. Don't trust these guys with your home as they couldn't level their way out of a paper sack. more

I have used Dalrock multiple times on my rental properties because of their cheap price. I am now paying for their cheaper price. I have recent lost a sale for my rental home because of the lack of professionalism by Rex and Justin. They did not keep the original documents for the job and sent my buyer a diagram copy where Justin wrote omit throughout the diagram. My buyer became concerned that the piers were not placed correctly. After four days he still could not provide me with the information my buyer requested. He decided to redraw the diagram and the buyer's broker said it was still not professional enough. Compared to Ram Jack I agree that the drawing looks like someone just threw it on a piece of paper. He also dated the diagram saying it was performed in 2006 and only had a two year warranty. I had to pay an engineer out of my own expense to come out and in just six months the property had shifted because Rex and Justin did not correctly regrade the dirt. I spoke to Rex and he refused to meet with me face to face over this problem. I explained to him that I lost a sale because of his company and he told me that it was my problem. He told me to use Ram Jack because they were more expensive. We are now in the process of beginning litigation against Dalrock because we lost our sale due to their poor documentation. DO NOT USE DALROCK PAY THE EXTRA MONEY AND GET IT DONE RIGHT WITH RAM JACK!!! Pros: Cheap (You get what you pay for) Cons: Didn't keep documents of the job and lack of professionalism more

I have to say that after 5+ estimates and comparisons that the initial experience from Justin who provided the quote and exceptional customer service who answered ALL of my questions; WON ME OVER. I had 12 plus 2 internal piers installed. Rex, Tony and Team did a great job and kept on schedule and were done before I knew it.
