Review content:
I had an appointment with them this morning to look at my foundation. They gave me a window of 2 hours. They don't start before 9AM and they don't do weekends. So I took time off from work to meet them. Had a window from 9-11, all morning. I called them at 10:30 to see where the estimator was and they told me that they cancelled all of their appointments today because of rain..... It misted here for maybe an hour. The ground is dry, but OK, they didn't know if it was going to be bad or not so I give them that. But no phone calls or email. She says she called me, but there is no voice mail. She said she emailed me when I didn't answer the phone. There was no email. I know they have both of them because she called me first to set up the appointment and I gave her the email address on that call.
What a waist of my precious time.
