No one wants to hear ""Your Foundation needs Repaired"". I called several companies. Some of the came out, and some just didn't even show up.
Dalrock answered the phone promptly. They booked my appointment and was able to come out within one week,. Other companies could not get me an appointment for several weeks.
One BIG Name company came out and said "" You need piers all around your house"". Another Company said ""You need piers inside & Out"". As this process went on, I asked each of them, ""What caused this to happen?"" I received so many different things and never really received an answer that made sense.
Dalrock ""Rex Hise"" came out promptly and gave me a free written inspect report of my home.He sat down with me and began to expain "" What caused this?"" He didn't give me one option, but several options.
Rex explained that the trees roots on the west side of my home were growing under my foundation, and a few other reasons for the damage to my slab.. Dalrock's opinion made common sense. Then he told me step by step the process of fixing my foundation.
A few days later I received a report with elevation readings, a diagram, showing where all my damages were, and recommendations. I was impressed.
I took a few weeks to think about every thing I had learned about foundation repair. During that time one company called me and asked if i had made a decision. Rex and his office staff sent me a thank you letter, and a follow up email. Rex even took the time to call and offered me a discount and a few freebies too. Even with out the discount, Dalrock's prices were competitive.
I agreed to give the repairs to Dalrock. The office scheduled repairs to start within a few weeks. They emailed me promptly with a contract and called me several days to reassure me repairs were going to start when we scheduled them too.
The crew showed up, and were very professional. Before I knew it, the repairs were done. The cleaned up and picked up and it looked as though they were never there. The process in repairing my foundation was done quickly and professionally.
I would recommend this company for your foundation repair.
