Ordering was easy, they took our money (cash) without the blink of an eye, nearly $3200. Installation took two days, second day just to connect the timer and do the programming. First service call was to correct the spray pattern since we didn't want the house or fences to grow, there was no need to water them. They scheduled a week out and made the required connections and also uncovered a roter head that was burried and adjusted a single sprinkler to a larger unit i.e. 2.5 "" to 4.5"" for better coverage. Once the lawn started growing and cutting was required, the problem of sprinkler heads set too high became evident. I have to drive the mower around the heads I can see in order to get past them, a couple of heads weren't so lucky and you can't find the replacement Rainbird spray heads at Home Depot or Lowes so you have to go with a unit that works but isn't designed the same. Now the 2nd head got axed and they want an additional $85 dollars (equivilent of 21 gallons of gas) to stop by, but in the mean time I have to shut down part of the 7 stations to keep from flooding. Warranty! Huh- only on parts that break. What about parts that are improperly installed???? Guess there's no honor in the workforce any more, all most like they are union workers, its just too bad. Buyer beware, hold on to your money, hold them off as long as you can.
