Review content:
Our interaction with this company has left a lot to be desired. The sprinkler system was placed late, with destruction of large parts of our sod during the process. We had to fight for months for sod replacement which has just resulted in more frustration. the replacement sod was placed incorrectly and of different quality than our original sod, significantly affecting the aesthetic appearance of our grass. We are still fighting for resolution of the problem (over one year later). The customer service from this company has been very poor. The sprinklers seem to work fine right now although an outside company (a consulting firm for further action) questions the quality long-term. If something were to happen with the sprinklers, I could guarantee I am calling another company for repairs.
