Review content:
I have had the worst experience of any business in my life with these people. First of all, the women you speak to on the phone lack any sort of customer service skills. They do not know much about the products they install so you might as well ask to speak with the owner before you become annoyed with their incompetence...it'll keep your heartrate down a bit. I also received the long wait for service and, when I called to confirm a day before, I was also given the ""computer crash"" line as well. The servicemen arrive and determined that the rain dial had been damaged by a lightning strike and it wasn't covered under warranty. They replaced it, charged my father $375, and took the damaged rain dial. The rain dial brochure showcases that it has a 5 year warranty against ""lightning strikes"". I call them back and they say they only warranty it for one year and that I have to take it up with the manufacturer. No apologies, no attempt to make it right other than wanting to charge me another $85 to come out and return the damaged dial and take their new one. Call the manufacturer and they honor the 5 yr. warranty but I don't have the dial because Dailey Sprinkler Systems took I'm sure they'll send it in to the manufacturer and get a new one! I was supposed to hear from the owner but have not. Do yourselves a favor and go somewhere else! For those of you who have been wronged you can complain to the Texas Natural Resource Conservation Committee. Daily Sprinkler Systems Incorporated lic # 4576.
