Great work 12/10/2018

I picked this company randomly but am so glad I did. They came earlier than expected but first called to make sure that was convenient. Tommy the plumber was knowledgeable, highly skilled and very personable. Overall a great experience. They are now my go to plumbing company. more

Routine Plumbing Work - Outstanding Results & Experience! 11/2/2018

I cannot give enough accolades to the technician, Tommy B, who performed the work. He was clear & concise & explained everything in detail; he answered all of our questions completely & to our satisfaction. I really did not interface too much with Rachel who scheduled our appointment but the two times I spoke with her she was very polite & professional. My wife & I will most definitely be calling on this company in the future. more

Putting in new plumbing above ground 9/10/2018

II had a leaking problem under the house.Shane explained to me in detail how to resolve it,without a lot of damage to my kitchen and bathrooms. we went ahead with the project,after giving me a written cost estimate.It took three days to get the new plumbing installed and everything is working properly.with very little damage to the drywall,excellent cleanup not much noise.I highly recommend this team .Inge Donahue more

DB's Plumbing & Drain 8/26/2018

DB's Plumbing and Drain originally was recommended by another plumbing company in Woodbridge, when that other company was booked. We contacted DB's and they came the same day. DB's has serviced our house numerous times and now is our go-to-company for all our plumbing needs. The technicians are professional and courteous, and make sure you know the cost for the work. They have my highest recommendation. more

This company lives up to their website. Great team, service, experience and no job is ever to big or to small. We use them for everything from small residential type plumbing to large projects other companies wont take on or will waste your money with no results. Highly recommend them as a team and Tommy for his incredible workmanship, work ethic, communication and his high level of experience/knowledge. more

Rerouting of Pipes 8/9/2018

We contacted DB’s Plumbing after trying to get another company (Michael and Son’s) to do the work without them even showing up on the day that was scheduled. From the beginning we felt as if we were not just another customer, but a customer that needed a job done correctly, in a timely manner, and with great customer service. Shane was very easy to work with and understood what we needed done and gave us a fair price and did the work to a high level. I would definitely recommend DB’s to anyone needing plumbing work and look forward to working with them again, should the need arise. more

Extremely disappointed and Over priced services 7/7/2018

Sequence of events -------------------------- I had an issue with my water heater. Checked out yelp for plumbing services around the area. And, DB plumbing showed up. Sent an email through yelp and got a call back from DB plumbing Scheduled time for diagnosis. The contractor showed up on time. He mentioned the dispatch/diagnosis charge is $130 for half hour. Something that took me by surprise. Wasn't notified during the scheduling call. Had to pay that given I had no choice. Given the over priced charge, I didn't want to continue with the contractor. Contacted another company Marine Plumbing Service, he had performed the same diagnosis for $30. I'm extremely disappointed and feel cheated with the process. more

Ongoing Leak in Downstairs Bathroom 4/24/2018

Service representative was on time and a nice guy but all he did was tell us we had a problem. Well, I already knew that! My experience with DB's Plumbing & Drain was like a bad, but funny, commercial. Trouble is it's hard to laugh when a company charges you $128 to tell you you have a problem. Now my bank account is lower, I have a hole in my bathroom ceiling, and I still have a drip or leak, whatever it is because DB Plumbing & Drain doesn't know! Needless to say I'm very disappointed and will now begin my search for a company that can diagnose AND repair the problem. Never again DB Plumbing & Drain. I will tell all of my neighbors and friends about my experience. more

DB's Plumbing & Drain 4/15/2018

I recently had Tommy of DB's Plumbing and Drain in to check a leak in a toilet sewer pipe. Tommy was here in the past on another matter and I was pleased to see he was taking this call. Tommy was very courteous and professional. He addressed the leak and left me the confidence that it was taken care of. He ensured that the area around the toilet was left clean before he left. Tommy did a check of the house for other possible leaks. Finally, he made some recommendations for the future to ensure all the plumbing remained operational. DB's has my highest recommendation. more

Great customer service. 4/9/2018

The technician arrived on time as scheduled. Technician was able to fix the issue and advise me possible solutions to prevent problem to reoccur. This was a follow-up call to the other on-call about the floor drain clog issue. The follow-up call service was completed and the problem has been fixed. more

DB's is the best! 4/7/2018

As usual, DB's did a professional, efficient and excellent job fixing my shower head arm that broke off. They are my go-to for all plumbing issues that I can't fix myself. I have used them before for a pinhole leak and they did a great job then too. The plumbers are professional and knowledgeable and also friendly. The woman who answers the phone is professional, efficient and friendly. They send you emails with a pictures of the plumber who is coming and they even send a text alert when he is on his way to your house. So helpful! They are a company you can actually trust which is a rare find! more

Wonderful! 3/30/2018

A pipe burst in my house. Tommy B came out very quickly and stopped the leak and repaired the pipe. The he came back when winter was over and checked the pipe to be sure that the problem would not happen again. And he informed me about a type of pipe that was used in my house that is no longer permitted in the US. And he gave me options about how to deal with it. Tommy was really knowledgeable, hard working, and charming! The owner also called me to explain the history and issues with this type of pipe, which is now banned in the US. No hard sell. Just caring, competent advice. I will always use this company from now on. more
