Service representative was on time and a nice guy but all he did was tell us we had a problem. Well, I already knew that! My experience with DB's Plumbing & Drain was like a bad, but funny, commercial. Trouble is it's hard to laugh when a company charges you $128 to tell you you have a problem. Now my bank account is lower, I have a hole in my bathroom ceiling, and I still have a drip or leak, whatever it is because DB Plumbing & Drain doesn't know! Needless to say I'm very disappointed and will now begin my search for a company that can diagnose AND repair the problem. Never again DB Plumbing & Drain. I will tell all of my neighbors and friends about my experience.
