Its not worth the time, because they will keep you there forever. They put an uncertified, inexperienced kid with jeans and a tee shirt to help you. Then when you're not happy with a price, they ""talk to the manager"" for you and get them to move it down. I tried to explain that I was just looking and browsing all the stores to see the different styles of men's wedding bands. And they wouldn't accept that. They offered me a price that was good just for that one time. I tried to explain, this is a wedding band, I'll have it for life, I'm worried about getting the perfect ring, not worried about saving $40, so I want to check as many stores as I can to make sure i get that perfect ring. They didn't understand and insisted that I put $50 down and they would be able to beat any price and get any style that I could find. They lowered the ring I was looking at from $399 down to $220. I thought maybe this is a good deal, but I still didn't want to put down the $50 that he kept pressuring me to do. He was so confident that he could beat any price and match any style, but if he couldn't, and I choose not to buy from him, they'd keep my $50. It's a bullsh*t scam. They make it sound like its a deposit to hold the ring and you could get it back. They are under the assumption that every customer wants to buy from them. They are rude as hell when you walk away too. They tried to tell me that they never heard of a man saying they were looking for a ring to last them for life and didn't care to save a few bucks. Well, I went to Jared's at my next stop and I found the exact same style that he was trying to sell me with a finer finish. They sold me a no-negotiating price of $179! I saved money, and had wonderful service. They were so friendly at Jared's, I can't wait to meet my sales person again, Vaughn, and pick up the ring. Vaughn wasn't even under commission, and is a wonderful person. Go to Jared's or Shane Co. instead.
Pros: no thumbs up to give, except the thumbs up their a*ses
Cons: rude, high pressure, try to scam you into making a non-refundable deposit, empty promises. If they truly had the best, they'd let me shop around without a deposit.
