Very bad, high pressure sales tactics (think: your worst nightmare used car experience). You are greeted by an inexperienced salesperson who has to ""talk to their manager"" to get you a better ""deal"" (the prices in the showcase are generally twice as high as comparables at other, reputable Atlanta jewelers). The manager comes out and proceeds to try to make you feel like you don't know anything about jewelry (weird). Then he suggests he is willing to lower the price but only if you buy on the spot (high pressure/preys on the easily intimidated). If you respond that you are not ready or want to do more shopping, he tells you that you are not the kind of customer they want. At that point, I just walked out. I have never had such an awful retail experience in my entire life. Cons: Bad sales tactics
