These guys do business my way. Before going into D. Gellar I did my homework and shopped around (like their dumb commercials say) and found the best deal I could. They had several gemologists there and they had a jeweler who came out and talked to me about modifying my ring ( which no other place would do). I was able to look at a much larger selection of diamonds there than anywhere and the salesperson was pretty cool and joked around with me which helped me to feel comfortable, which was good because I was considering buying a $18000 ring and just a little nervous about it. These guys were real serious about doing business and made no bones about it. I told them I wasn't buying today and it wouldn't matter what they said. I was wrong. They were persistent, to say the least, but I ended up saving about $4000 compared to the next best deal I could find. I can't believe the wimps who complain in some of the reviews here about them. If they had a little thicker skin they would realise that this is the place to get DEALS! Everyone at D. Gellar was honest and helpful (and one guy was funny too). I will buy my bands from them and haggle them down on the bands too.
