I hired Custom Exchange to install new Alside replacement windows in my house, and I'm very pleased with the job they did. From the estimate process through the final trim work they were friendly, knowledgeable and detailed. The only reason I'm not giving them an "excellent" rating for "service" is because of a couple of small misunderstandings that I had to clear up, and also I found it rude that they all spoke Polish to each other in front of me, giving me the impression they didn't want me to know what they were discussing. Otherwise, I'm very happy with the quality of their workmanship and I highly recommend them! more

over all good work 10/6/2010

The only problem I had was when they took out the crutain rail they didn't put them back and basically left them to the owner to strugle with. They were not too carefull with the alaram wires. They didn't inspect to see if they put enough foam insulation uniformly around the windows. more

Quick job, polite workers, great work! 8/31/2010

Called to have some windows replaced in our home, Michael came out I think same day to give quote. By far the best quote of any of those received that day. Although it was a few weeks before the windows were installed, all 5 windows were replaced in a matter of hours by one worker! Windows are great, very impressed and happy from the results! more

On three jobs now, I have found the company to be responsive to my needs as a property management company; dealing with residents and owner's, along with my own needs for timely responsiveness & quality workmanship. Just about says it all for us. My wife and I are very fortunate to have found Custom Exchange Inc and hire Michael and his crew to do the work. After doing research regarding pricing and service, we didn't want to believe the great value Custom Exchange Inc offered us. In a down economy, Custom Exchange provided great value pricing, beautiful looking and durable new windows, along with a great warranty. To top it off the service was of course excellent as well. I was looking to chage 50 year old windows in my house and found Custom Exchange Inc. Michael was very prompt in getting needs and providing a very accurate estimate via email. He actually came in person to verify dimensions and stuck to his quote. The quote it self was a good value for good Energy star Qualifying windows from a major manufacturer. The installation was smooth. We loved the experience. I will recommend everybody to get a quote from Custom Exchange Inc. before taking their decision. more

Great Windows, great service, great price 6/7/2010

After receiving an estimate for windows from Home Depot I decided to browse the internet to see if I could find someone who might be cheaper. I clicked on Custom Exchange and although skeptical left my phone number, something I'm not prone to do. But, I did get a call the next day and Michael said he'd come to San Jose, give us an estimate and would bring a window so we could see what we'd be getting, which he duly did. He was so pleasant, forthright in his approach and definately knew what he was doing. Didn't take him long to measure and show us the window and at the end gave us an estimate which was $1,200 lower than Home Depot's!! I was so impressed. I gave him the go-ahead, he ordered the windows and they were installed exactly when he said they would be. His men arrived on time and did a great job. I would highly recommend Michael and his company to anyone who is looking to replace windows. more

I recieved my windows installed in a timely manner .The measurer and installer did a great job and were very friendly. 6/2/2010

They completed six of my nine windows and I will be calling them in the future to do the reamining three in my restrooms. I would def. recommend them to a friend. more

He installed new windows and patio door through out the home. It has been 3 years and no problems at all. He also installed windows for one of my owners that has (40) units.
