After receiving an estimate for windows from Home Depot I decided to browse the internet to see if I could find someone who might be cheaper. I clicked on Custom Exchange and although skeptical left my phone number, something I'm not prone to do. But, I did get a call the next day and Michael said he'd come to San Jose, give us an estimate and would bring a window so we could see what we'd be getting, which he duly did. He was so pleasant, forthright in his approach and definately knew what he was doing. Didn't take him long to measure and show us the window and at the end gave us an estimate which was $1,200 lower than Home Depot's!! I was so impressed. I gave him the go-ahead, he ordered the windows and they were installed exactly when he said they would be. His men arrived on time and did a great job. I would highly recommend Michael and his company to anyone who is looking to replace windows.
