I'm very satisfied with the job Custom Exchange did retrofitting the windows in my house. The best price with superior quality and short delivery time! Now I have a well insulated house with new look, way better than it was with the original windows. I'd like to mention that the installer did a perfect job not only with the windows fit, but also keeping all walls and furniture intact. At the end of the day one wouldn't be able to say that any construction work was performed in the house. It was so clean and neat inside and out! Custom Exchange recently replaced our windows and patio doors. Michael & his install team did a great job from start to finish. They installed 8 windows and 2 sliding doors in just 7 hours. After all,finding the right window companies is not easy task. I have been checking around many window companies recently. I finally decided to contact Custom Exchange so I called them and Michael answer the phone and we talked about my windows. I told him that I needed to replace 10 windows, 2 slide patio doors while Michael gave me his price on phone. I was surprised that their price was very reasonable comparing to other companies. I even checked with Sears not knowing their high price window. Michael told me all materials are same quality as they used. Next day Michael came to my house and we discussed my windows. He was very professional with his expertise explaining me about double-paned window to be installed. Next day he came back again for the window measurement. Two weeks later, installer begin to replacing our windows and it took only two days to finished whole house. He hulled away old windows, fixtures and glasses. I was amazed to see how meticulously, precise installer worked. He was truly a professional and I rate Custom Exchange a 5 star reviews, but most of all, window looks beautiful! My wife and I wanted to get new windows installed a few months back and shopped around a bit at home depot, lowes and a couple window specialists, but Custom Exchange's prices were way too good to pass up. Michael helped us through the process from start to finish and always was there to answer questions or provide helpful insights on styles, sizes, etc. It takes a couple weeks to order the windows, but ours came in ahead of schedule and we got them installed a week early, right before the in-laws came to stay for a couple days. Robert et al did a great job with the installation and its amazing how much warmer and less drafty the house is now. The house looks so much better from the street too. We even called back a few weeks later for help with a door installation and they fit us into their schedule within a week or so. Bottom line - great prices, highly professional, very responsive, honest, and the windows are amazing. Call Michael to get him come out for a free estimate - you'll be glad you did. more

We are very satisfied with Custom Exchange Inc. I had read the reviews here at yelp regarding this company and other window contractors, I called Michael and 2 other contractors to do the estimate. We have 6 windows and 2 patio doors to replace ( all from single panel to dual panels). Custom Exchange is the first one called back and scheduled the appointment. Michael did a great job and gave a reasonable price. Even though I still had 2 more contractors to scheduled for the estimate, due to the fact that reasonable price and very good reviews with Custom Exchange, I decided to cancel the other 2 appointments with other contractors, and signed contract with CSI directly to save me some time. I am happy with this decision. The following installation is done quickly, smoothly and professionally, the new windows and doors are great. Robert did a very good job and considered every details during installation, it took him 2 days to finish the job ( we have 2 windows to enlarge to follow the new construction code), and we could not be happier with the new windows and doors. 2 thumbs up. more

Called every local window installer due to this being a very large and complex job. Did tons of research on Alside Windows and found them to be as good as other more expensive windows. Called big and small dealers/installers/contractors and chose Michal over others. He was quick to do bid and did not try to upsell like others. His installer was fast, clean and thorough. They sealed all openings and did outstanding trim work. They even took away all windows and clean entire place. They were working with 100yr old wooden windows in very bad shape, but replaced so all looks new. more

I was very impressed with Michal from Custom Exchange, Inc., he came in and did a quick assessment, it took about 10 minutes, and he gave me exactly the information I needed. I had 3 estimates from different companies, and Michael's was the lowest. It took only about a week or two to get the job started. The gentleman Robert, who did the installation, did an professional and efficient job. There was only one thing that happened. I forgot to tell Michal about the lock on the back door, and he was able to take care of it quickly so it wasn't really a problem at all. I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them to anybody! more

This is the window company I will use for all of my window needs!! Really reasonable prices, a high quality product,accurate measurments, On time delivery, neat and clean professional installers - who actually clean up after themselves - They even took the stickers and excess packing material off the windows after instalation, and made sure they all were clean!!
