Ater quoting with a couple of other companies I am very glad we went with Custom Exchange! Our home had a skylight window, crank bath window and two sliding doors which were difficult to replace, but Custom Exchange did a wonderful job. The window selection is good and at a good price! more

Great team, great product and installation, great price 5/22/2011

We were looking to replace 30 windows in the house. These were all sizes, including tall single hung victorian (house is 125 years old). We got the windows measured, got a great quote and within 2 weeks the windows were installed. It took 3 days with all the edging touch ups and we are very satisfied! Great job! more

Fair price, Nice Product 5/21/2011

Sales rep does not come across as overly friendly, but he is efficient at what he does. The installer was very professional, cleaned up after himself, and the results of his work looked excellent. The product (Alside double paned windows) appears to be of good quality, but I suppose time will tell. But for the very fair price that I paid I am overall very satisfied with Custom Exchange Windows. more

CustomExchange review 5/1/2011

I am very happy with CustomExchange, their services and product. I was shopping around for replacement the windows for my home. I have recieved quotes from local and big windows stores. I was hestiated after I got the quite from CustomExchange. Something too good to be true, the discount was deep, and i think i could not go wrong with the price and decided to try it out. Micheal came and gave me the straight quote, no dancing around, and very honest, nothing like selling you a used car. After two weeks, the windows came, and took 1 day to install all 6 windows. I am very happy with their services, prices, products, and very surprisingly, when I paid him the last installment, he gave me the life time warrany card on their product and told me to contact him if have any problem. I would suggest if you want to replace your single pane windows, get a quote from the local store and compare with CustomExchange, if you are smart consumers, you will do what i did ,and go with them. more

Fine estimate and fast installation 4/15/2011

Custom Exchange did an efficient, no-nonsense, honest estimate and stuck with that estimated price through the finished work. The installer was fast, expert, and did a good clean-up. I would definitely use this company again. more

Quick Response and Punctual Delivery 3/24/2011

Retrofitting aging leaky aluminum windows in the rainy season is not an ideal situation and I was fortunate Customs Exchange Inc came to my rescue. Michael of Custom Exchange Inc. promptly responded my call and punctually visited the work site. Michael offered professional advice including a fair valued cost estimate and a realistic time line for the job completion date. The windows were delivered earlier than expected and Robert of Customs Exchange Inc. was able to complete a quality retrofitting job of 7 windows in just 5 and half hours 7 days ahead of schedule! I highly recommend Custom Exchange Inc. for windows retrofitting projects. more

found them online and called for on site estimation. The window they use is not the best but rather a bargain window. it works for me. good installation and smooth transaction, nothing can complain about. so, if you are looking for a bargain for window replacement, this one is good. more

Very professional job. 1/26/2011

These guys replaced all (10) windows and two patio doors in my house. The job was done on time they did exactly what they described (I had one extra window where the old frame had to be removed completely). They were neat and they did not do any collateral damage. They cleaned up all glass from old windows etc. They are very professional. We are very satisfied with the job they did. more

Not only did Michael Kuron presented himself with professionalism, he also acted as a very professional worker. He explained to me everything that he is going to do, spent time measuring the windows, gave a cost estimate then came back again for the final measurement. The work was done efficiently in 1 1/2 days as planned and the service was great. I will definitely recommend Michael and his workers to my friends and relatives and most especially to my clients. more

Good price and fast installation 11/13/2010

Michal was available on time for any questions, and he came with answer in timly manner. Price was very competitive and worried about the quality a bit due to the low price, but the quality was reasonable. 3 guys came out to install all windows and sliding doors and it was one day job for 11 windows and doors. The installation was good in general. I would definately recommend Michal and Custom Exchange. more

We had several window installers quote replacements for our house. Michael's bid was reasonable. His crew showed up when he said they would and completed the job on schedule. They were very careful and covered all our carpets. The work was excelent. I plan on calling him the next time I need windows. more

I read about Custom Exchange on line. I called and asked for a qoute. They were very reliable and professional. Their pricing was very competitive. They did exactly what he promised. He started on time and finished on time. They removed all of their trash and left the house the way they found it with the addition of new beautiful double pane windows. more
