Shaw Properties is a full service property Management Company in the East Bay. We have worked with Michael and Custom Exchange, Inc. for over two years. Custom Exchange, Inc. is by far the most reasonably priced and most efficient window company we have ever used. On several occasions, we have called Michael for an emergency window replacement. He arrives in our office or at a property with a smile on his face, a quote within 24 hours, and is ready to begin work when we need it. He handles both large and small jobs in a professional manner. Shaw Properties highly recommends Custom Exchange, Inc.
