Can't express enough our dissatisfaction with this place. NEVER SHOP THERE!!! BUYER BEWARE! GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING! They lie to their customers. Never return phone calls unless they want your money!!! 10 months later still trying to get them to correct the problems. Carpet was installed poorly! Try to charge you for things that were included! Absolute Nightmare!!!! more

All too often, people write reviews to whine and complain. I am writing to tell you that I did NOT want to go to the cheapest guy in town. I live in my house and take care of my property. I want to know what I am getting for my money and to be treated fairly. I had a miscommunication with a salesperson,that could happen anywhere; it happens every day. The way the particular salesperson treated me and the way I had hoped to be treated was not quite up to par. I immediately called and demanded to speak to the owner. I probably would not have called myself back after the voicemail I left for the owner. I did not expect a call back. Within minutes, a very well-polished and calm CEO returned my call and addressed my concerns. He was polite and professional and walked me through this process that I do not go through on a daily basis. He answered every question and explained what I wanted to have addressed. The installers came and did their job perfectly. They neatly piled the old carpet in my garage and let me know the town would pick it up without a problem. I'm certain that they would have left it at the curb, had I asked. Everything the owner had explained to me went exactly as he had said. He went above and beyond! I got a follow-up letter from the owner. The carpet is beautiful and I got 100% of my money's worth! I would go there again and would recommend friends and family without hesitation. more

Terrible customer service. I had to spend 3 days vacuuming and picking up nails and staples they left everywhere. I was told to buy twine and they would bundle our old carpet. They ripped it out and threw it in the corner of my garage in a piled mess. Never even opened the twine I bought. I COULDVE DONE THAT MYSELF! Took chunks our of 2 or our walls and never said anything to us about it! When asked to come back to clean up after themselves, they send a guy out to look...we were told he'd call with a date and that was the last we heard from them. They have never returned another call. Official complaint filed with Better Business Bureau! They do not do what promised! Please read each store on here.... not one good review! more

I ordered a carpet bound for our sunroom...they measured and talked me into leaving it short around due to the room being not square which i agreed to...it took them a month to get it to me and i paid in full.When i rolled the loose lay carpet out it was wall to wall and riding up the wall...so i complained and asked to have it trimmed...well that took them 2 more weeks and when i got the carpet back it was exactly the same and was never trimmed or touched.So i dumped it back in their lap and want a full refund now.Poor customer service and poor employees,their on a rating of 0 on a 1-10 scale.Dont use them for anything. As the other reviewer stated, we used CC for our brand new home. Within only 3 years the seams began to seperate and the carpeting began to fall apart. EVERY seam began to seperate, including our vinyl flooring and carpeting. It also began to pull back at every doorway. Plus, the berber carpeting that was installed began to FALL APART. I of course called and asked for an inspection of the faulty install as well as the warranty on the carpeting. They did send someone out - whose report BLAMED EVERYTHING ON US!!!!!!!!!! How could this be our fault? Seams seperating and carpeting falling apart after 3 years!!! That is unheard of. I am so upset at this point. I am having to ALREADY replace most of our carpeting - which is very expensive after only owning our home for 5 years - this stuff should last 10 years..... We paid extra for an upgraded pad, whcih I don't think they actually installed..... As for the seams, it is just to expensive at this point to hire a contactor to fix it for us. So we are left trying to ""do it ourselves"" with the repairs. And we are not very handy when it comes to home repairs..... One last thing to mention..... The customer service is ONE FO THE WORST I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. I was actually yelled at!!!!!!!!!!!!! \r \r THANKS ALOT CUSTOM CARPETS - FOR NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Cons: You name it. Upon closing on our beautiful newly built home we complained of defective flooring that was installed, to CC . The Kallahan promise doesn't exsist. They tried everything to blame the poor flooring on us. After formal complaints to the Appropriate Business Bureau and a case taken to the State Attorney Generals office, they still have not rectified the situation. After the attorneys General office sited them fraudulent and deceptive in their practices, they were told to make good on the deal. We are still waiting for our promised replacement flooring. They collected on the refund $ from the supplier, after filing a claim for it, we are still out! \r \r Horrendous customer service !
