Terrible customer service. I had to spend 3 days vacuuming and picking up nails and staples they left everywhere. I was told to buy twine and they would bundle our old carpet. They ripped it out and threw it in the corner of my garage in a piled mess. Never even opened the twine I bought. I COULDVE DONE THAT MYSELF! Took chunks our of 2 or our walls and never said anything to us about it! When asked to come back to clean up after themselves, they send a guy out to look...we were told he'd call with a date and that was the last we heard from them. They have never returned another call. Official complaint filed with Better Business Bureau! They do not do what promised! Please read each store on here.... not one good review!
