All too often, people write reviews to whine and complain. I am writing to tell you that I did NOT want to go to the cheapest guy in town. I live in my house and take care of my property. I want to know what I am getting for my money and to be treated fairly. I had a miscommunication with a salesperson,that could happen anywhere; it happens every day. The way the particular salesperson treated me and the way I had hoped to be treated was not quite up to par. I immediately called and demanded to speak to the owner. I probably would not have called myself back after the voicemail I left for the owner. I did not expect a call back. Within minutes, a very well-polished and calm CEO returned my call and addressed my concerns. He was polite and professional and walked me through this process that I do not go through on a daily basis. He answered every question and explained what I wanted to have addressed. The installers came and did their job perfectly. They neatly piled the old carpet in my garage and let me know the town would pick it up without a problem. I'm certain that they would have left it at the curb, had I asked. Everything the owner had explained to me went exactly as he had said. He went above and beyond! I got a follow-up letter from the owner. The carpet is beautiful and I got 100% of my money's worth! I would go there again and would recommend friends and family without hesitation.
