I ordered a carpet bound for our sunroom...they measured and talked me into leaving it short around due to the room being not square which i agreed to...it took them a month to get it to me and i paid in full.When i rolled the loose lay carpet out it was wall to wall and riding up the wall...so i complained and asked to have it trimmed...well that took them 2 more weeks and when i got the carpet back it was exactly the same and was never trimmed or touched.So i dumped it back in their lap and want a full refund now.Poor customer service and poor employees,their on a rating of 0 on a 1-10 scale.Dont use them for anything.
