My carpets look great! I have a young dog that has "accidents" that we don't always notice. Technician explained what he was doing, why he was doing it and how i could maintain these spots. The job was done thoroughly. He was also kind enough to apply discounts that i didn't even know i qualified for...i like that in a company!! Thanks again!! more

RESPONSE FROM Crystal Crystal Carpet Care: Thanks so much for review. Customer was moving into a new home. Super. We spoke with customer at end of service and explained that previous own had discolored carpet in family room (light yellow rectangular dye discoloration) and in dining room (red furniture lacquer from dining table legs). Explained that nylon carpet will take readily accept dyes are permanent color change (like dying your hair). Call customer after his post here. He stated that he was happy, but hoped the color discolorations would come out. The unfortunate fact is dyes or pigmented stains can only be removed at high pH levels (bleaching), which removes all color. Pigmented stains are discolorations, which actually means the carpet is not soiled. It is a different color(in spots and areas). Customer stated during phone call that he was happy and understood that there was nothing we or anyone could do to correct the discoloration caused by the previous owner - unless he was open to the idea of having all the color in the carpet bleached out (and re-dyed). I enjoyed the man who performed the work. He was personable. I actually liked that the 'marks' in the carpet stayed for a few weeks because it looked like I vacuumed even when I hadn't. However, I had four large spots (maybe 16 inches by 8 inches) throughout the house where it looked like the chemical or crystals just colored the carpet yellow. Maybe too much concentration there? But it meant I had to clean those spots a few days later as vacuuming didn't help. I had not vacuumed too quickly or walked around on the carpet. It was not from previous stains. It was not from pets as three of the stains were upstairs where my dog does not go. The free kids' bedrooms was a bonus, and the price was good. I liked that it was drier than other wet clean companies, and there was no machine hose from an outside truck. It didn't take too long either as I had the whole house done. Overall, I am glad it was less expensive, but the stains were a problem. more

I went with crystal crystal for my carpet cleaning because, prior to this, the only thing I knew about carpet cleaning is I didn't want to pay $100 to get one room cleaned in my one bedroom apartment. Darryl arrived and he was sensational. He explained the process to me fully so I wasn't caught off guard (it's not the typical van with a hose you normally see), and set to work cleaning. I would certainly recommend crystal crystal to anyone. The work was done quickly and the carpet was dry in about an hour. more
