I enjoyed the man who performed the work. He was personable.
I actually liked that the 'marks' in the carpet stayed for a few weeks because it looked like I vacuumed even when I hadn't. However, I had four large spots (maybe 16 inches by 8 inches) throughout the house where it looked like the chemical or crystals just colored the carpet yellow. Maybe too much concentration there? But it meant I had to clean those spots a few days later as vacuuming didn't help. I had not vacuumed too quickly or walked around on the carpet. It was not from previous stains. It was not from pets as three of the stains were upstairs where my dog does not go.
The free kids' bedrooms was a bonus, and the price was good. I liked that it was drier than other wet clean companies, and there was no machine hose from an outside truck. It didn't take too long either as I had the whole house done.
Overall, I am glad it was less expensive, but the stains were a problem.
