From start to finish Darryl was professional and personable. My carpets look brand new and there was no "crusty" feel to them even the next day. I really liked that i was sent texts, emails and phone calls to communicate with me about when the service was coming and howthe process would look. I will definately use them again! more

Daryl is really nice. I enjoy having crystal crystal carpet out. They clean carpets and more. They are prompt and easy to deal with. This is the second time this company has come to my house. more

Would recommend 3/27/2013

This is the 2nd time we have had our carpets cleaned by Crystal Crystal. I have to say they do an excellent job. I have used others and they do not compare. We have light carpet with the normal wear tracks. Once they are finished cleaning it looks like we have brand new carpet. And it seems to stay cleaner longer too. Thank you Crystal Crystal! more

I'm very happy with Crystal Crystal. They arrived within the one hour window!, and Darryl is fantastic. He's one of the friendliest guys iI've ever met, and he cleans the carpets as if they are his own. He went over high traffic areas two or three times and got out stains that I thought were permanent. The carpets look great and they dried so quickly I didn't have to worry at bout keeping my kids off of them. Overall great service! more

FABULOUS!!!!!!! 3/11/2013

Darryl of Crystal was very helpful and professional. My carpets look better than new. The process leaves a very pleasant orange scent and doesn't smell like wet carpet. Carpets dry within a few hours instead of a day. I highly recommend and will have them back soon to do my kitchen tile grout and other rooms. more

Great Service, could have been quicker on the confirmation. 2/28/2013

I was very happy with the results of the cleaning, all the stains we were concerned about were removed. The representative sent to our house was very friendly and professional and I would be happy to work with him again. My only issue is that it took longer than I would have expected for them to confirm the date I requested. I know they say you have 95 or so of getting your first requested date/time, but I needed to know 100 because we were trying to schedule the cleaning around a furniture delivery. I had requested the appointment at least 3 weeks ahead and did not get my final confirmation until 1 week prior. One week in advance would have been ok under other circumstances, but I had requested the date early on purpose to get a set date to know when I could schedule other activities. more

Repeat Client 2/26/2013

I found out about Crystal Crystal Carpet via Groupon. Since then I have returned 2 other times. These guys are so personable and friendly. they go above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. This time around I had to use a new service due to an addition to the family (a dog). This new solution worked to remove the urine and smell from my carpet. Darryl is very knowledgeable and I highly recommend him to all! I would not use any other carpet service in Columbus! more

Not cleaned well 2/17/2013

There were some spots on the carpet that CC was not sure about being able to get up. Once he started cleaning he told me that the spots came up. Unfortunately once the carpet dryed the spots were still there. They looked like if they went over them a few times it would come up because the stain looked to spread over more carpet. more

Cleaning my carpet was long over due, and i feel i made the best decision when choosing crystal crystal carpet care. They kept me updated on route all day and gave me enough instruction to what exactly I'd expect during the visit. The service was very fast and friendly. They didn't pawn me into buying unnecessary products and even gave me tips on the proper store products to use and not use. I will most definitely recommend this service and certainly use it again myself in the future. more
