Worst

Fast Service...open 24/7 however i did not like the fact that they did not let me see the service that they were actually providing me so i'm not sure if i paid $185 for two shots...

outstanding staff, faclities,and doctor.everyone\r made us feel at ease.best vet facility we've been to. Would defeninately recommend hospital to all friends and family. Dr. gave us a great method of treatment. more

Crossroads Animal Emergency is Number one!! 8/12/2009

We are so thankful for the Crossroads Animal Emergency. Without the dedicated staff and caring deameanor of your staff our animals would be even more traumatized due to illness, injury etc. Thank you for having all the equipment to care for our beloved animals. Your hospital is very valuable and greatly needed in the community for all to seek out. Thank you so much for existing. more

Crossroads Animal Emergency is a Misnomer. 8/6/2009

My regular vet's after-hours system referred them as an emergency alternative. My dog had been vomiting for a few hours and I feared she was becoming dehydrated. So I drove her there...AND THEY REFUSED TO TREAT HER! Their vet had only 10 minutes left on her shift. I hope these people get the same treatment when they go to a hospital. I only wish more negative numbers were permissible. more

first off i want to thank the staff and the doctors who helped me with my child cat ruby. thank you again for all your help and support in her care. i found that crossroads animal emergency is a very knowledgeable place to bring your family animals to. i found they supported me also in every way possible. i would highly recommend this hospital to anyone and would be more then happy to talk to anyone regarding my visits her. again please let me thank you for all your help with my family member and i will look forward to bringing the rest of my family if i need to. again thank you!!! sharon mcclendon more

Medical Miracle 7/30/2009

I have used Crossroads ER 3 times now. The first two had happy endings and the most recent is a fairy tale ending! We were given excellent medical advice and care. The medical capabilities are state of the art. The follow up communication is excellent and helpful. Add in the cooperation with our primary Vet and the experience couldn't be better. I highly recommend Crossroads Animal Hospital and all the Wonderful Doctors and Staff. more
