Worst

Fast Service...open 24/7 however i did not like the fact that they did not let me see the service that they were actually providing me so i'm not sure if i paid $185 for two shots...

I love Crossroads!! I got home at 9pm to find my kitty injured and I got scared thinking I wouldn't be able to find a pet clinic open at this time, luckily I searched online and found that Crossroads was open! They're open all night and everyone is very professional and friendly. I feel very safe leaving my kitty, Bella, in their hands. Thank you Crossroads :] more

Crossroads Helped Us 10/29/2010

We definitely recommend coming into Crossroads for any emergencies. The staff was very helpful and friendly and very considerate to our feelings and needs. Sarah was extremely insightful and Summer helped us with any financing information. Frances was also very friendly when we first walked in the door. Only wish that the pricing was better and that they worked with rescue organizations for discounted prices. Dr McDonald was also very concerned and helpful, he gave us alternatives, which is very important. more

Nicky ER experience 10/24/2010

My baby Nicky woke up lethargic and listless, he appeared to be dying. I did not sleep all night. I called and was immediately received by a well groomed professional staff in a beautiful Hospital. After a thorough exam and some tests. Nicky was treated and released feeling much improved! Best Pet Clinic I visited! 10/15/2010

My dog's vet sent us to this clinic because Milo needed treatment that his regular vet could not provide at this time. \r When we arrived the clinic was still closed, but the recepcionist, a really sweet girl, let us in. My dog was in pain and I could feel this girl's empathy, very caring. We did not wait long, they said at 6:00 p.m., and exactly at that time we were taken in. The nurse also was very caring and professional. Doctor showed up and explained everything that he needed to do to Milo.I actually felt jelous 'cause I don't get that kind of treatment when I go to my doctor! Prices were reasonable and while I had to wait, I was taken to the reception to comfortable wait for Milo and sip a cup of tea. Everything very clean. So, I would really recommend it! more

We have taken our dog here a few times and everyone is just awesome. They care about our dog and do everything possible to make sure she is taken care of. They are the best!!! I would highly recommend bringing your pet here for any emergency. more

Great Staff 10/10/2010

We brought our Min. Dachshund in on a Sunday afternoon to Crossroads Emergency for possibly back pain. The entire staff was extremely warm, knowledgeable, and reasurring. They diagnosed the problem quickly with min. expense and helped us avoid surgery for the time being. They treated "Jack" with love and care! THANKYOU!!!! more

Sasha's Surgery 10/9/2010

Recently our dog, Sasha, had surgery at Crossroads. I had never been at this emergency clinic prior to this. My first impression upon entering the reception area was how clean it looked and how clean and fresh it smelled. We had a positive interaction with all of the staff! They are very kind, courteous and compassionate people. Sasha's veterinary surgeon was Dr. Kelly Blackwood and I felt she was very knowledgable and caring. I felt confident leaving our dog in her hands. It was also comforting that Sasha was able to spend the night there after her surgury and a competent staff would be looking over her until the next day! I highly recommend Crossroads Animal Emergency & Referral Center for any emergency or surgery consultation for your pet. Carol J. more

Chubaka's Vet 10/9/2010

my name is maryjane we took my dog chubaka to get his shots today a hour after his eyes started to swell up really bad but lukilly we found crossroads emergency for dogs and cats what a relief they gave him two shots so the swelling could go down we had to wait there for a hour though but it was all worth it as long as my puppy would be ok i was perfectly fine i did get tired though they said that we could take him home i was so happy they saved the day more

Elvis's experience with a bone 10/9/2010

The staff is very friendly and skilled. This is a great place to bring you pet in an emergency. I have brought pets here for many years. My veternarian was able to diagnose and treat my dog in a short amount of time. He explained everything. Highly recommended. This emergency room is worth the expense. more
