Sorryfor the delay in responding. Actually, the service rep person called, reminding me about my 3 month service check-up, and that prompted me to go thru all the paperwork I received when I first bought the car; including the reminder that there was a ""rate your experience"" email and card.\r
Mike Furman did a super job for me while I was considering the purchase of my car. I had some questions and he was right on top of it with answers. He worked some numbers when it came to pricing and I appreciated all his effort. I wondered about a few accessories, and he gave me the correct advice. On the day that I picked up the car, he was very helpful, showed sincere interest, and took his time talking me thru all the options and operations of the car.\r
