We were searching for a Chevy Cruze. We knew exactly what we wanted as far as options, color and accessories. We did numerous searches on various websites and could not find the ""right"" car. I went to Criswell's website, did my search and found exactly what I wanted. When we showed up at Criswell, we were not swarmed by over aggressive saleman. They were very casual in their approach. We saw the car we wanted and the remaining process went very smooth.We dealt with Dan Drayton. He was very knowledgable of the vehicle we were purchasing. He even took the time to activate my bluetooth before we left withour new car. From the price negotiation to the final closing, everyone acted very professional and knowledgable. I would definitely recommend my family and friends to Criswell.
