I was born into a Chevrolet family. My father worked in a plant for almost fifty years. When it comes time to buy an automobile, there is no question that it will be a GM product, but that does not dictate where to make the purchase. On a number of occasions when my last vehicle required service, I brought it to this Criswell location. I always was treated with kindness and respect, and the repairs were reasonable and quick. I remembered that treatment when it came time to purchase my next vehicle. Late one afternoon after researching inventory on the internet, I called Mr. Tim Mauro. I asked him if he had a particular vehicle on the lot. When he confirmed that he did, I explained that I wanted to purchase that vehicle and that I had very little free time. He directed me to the credit application online and told me that the vehicle would be ready that afternoon when I arrived at the showroom. As promised, the vehicle was clean and ready upon my arrival just a few hours later. Over my objection, he insisted that I take it for a test drive. When I returned, all of the paperwork was ready for me to sign. Less than two hours after I had arrived, I drove home in my new car. Regretfully, I never received the GM customer satisfaction survey, but I could not let Mr. Mauro's service go without notice. He made the transaction seamless and efficient. He helped me transfer all of my personal items from my old car to the new one. He made special arrangements for me to pick up accessories later. He has called to make sure that the car is everything that I wanted. Before the transaction, during the transaction, and even after the transaction, Mr. Mauro has been friendly and has provided me with exceptional customer care. My heritage does not allow me a choice when choosing a car, but I certainly have a choice when deciding where to buy that car. I have no doubt that when it is time for my next new vehicle, I will be returning to Mr. Mauro. He is an asset to the Criswell team!\r more

I wanted to tell you how wonderful Julie Hare is. I had a problem with my hubcab falling \r off and she listened to my concerns and found answers to my questions. She sent the \r service department an email to contact me and when I still had questions and unhappy \r about things, she solved the problem.\r more

SCAMM 2/15/2011

Criswell used fraudulent GM incentives (which GM is NOW investigating) and also undershot taxes AND registration prices to profit more of of an out of state vehical. DO NOT BUY FROM CRISWELL. THEY ARE SCAMMING GM, A company that YOUR taxdollars kept in business!! call me for details 717 989 8583 ill be glad to help if it means criswell doesnt get to commit another fraud\r \r THEY ARE GETTING FUNDS FROM GM FOR UPLIFT INCENTIVES ON THINGS THEY ARENT SELLING, sorry criswell, you may want to get your paperwork in order, its audit time more

I’ve been visiting around different dealerships and most of them gave me horrible service! Finally gave Criswell Chevrolet a shot hoping they would be different from the rest and thank goodness they were! I was casually dressed during my first visit yet the salesman didn’t look down on me nor did he judge me! He greeted me warmly and made me feel welcomed with judging me by my lowkey appearance! My 2010 Camaro 7/12/2010

I have been dying to check out the new Camaro so I made the trip down to Criswell Chevy to see what kind of deals that had going. I test drove a 2010 “silver ice metallic” one and was so excited I could hardly stand it! I mean we’re talking leather seats, sun-roof, power everything, beautiful V-6 engine, 304 hp, aluminum wheels with and spoiler. I also have to mention what an UNBELIEVABLE deal Mark gave me on it. I can also vouch for the service department because I had to take my car before last in for some engine work. They got me in and out with quality work and fair prices. I plan to enjoy every minute in my new Camaro and suggest you go see the team at Criswell and get of your own! more

Criswell has gained my trust 7/1/2010

To me, Chevy is the most dependable make of car on the road and Criswell may just be the best dealership in the northeast! The prices listed on their website are the same as what was quoted to me by the salesperson. I have found that most dealer's websites contain low prices to draw you in, just to let you down when you arrive at the store. Also, the salesperson I dealt with was extremely nice and was NOT at all pushy. He respected the fact that I wanted to shop around and weigh my options which is rare these days, let me tell you. I will definitely be back to this lot for my next car purchase! Pros: friendly and not too pushy more
