I was born into a Chevrolet family. My father worked in a plant for almost fifty years. When it comes time to buy an automobile, there is no question that it will be a GM product, but that does not dictate where to make the purchase. On a number of occasions when my last vehicle required service, I brought it to this Criswell location. I always was treated with kindness and respect, and the repairs were reasonable and quick. I remembered that treatment when it came time to purchase my next vehicle. Late one afternoon after researching inventory on the internet, I called Mr. Tim Mauro. I asked him if he had a particular vehicle on the lot. When he confirmed that he did, I explained that I wanted to purchase that vehicle and that I had very little free time. He directed me to the credit application online and told me that the vehicle would be ready that afternoon when I arrived at the showroom. As promised, the vehicle was clean and ready upon my arrival just a few hours later. Over my objection, he insisted that I take it for a test drive. When I returned, all of the paperwork was ready for me to sign. Less than two hours after I had arrived, I drove home in my new car. Regretfully, I never received the GM customer satisfaction survey, but I could not let Mr. Mauro's service go without notice. He made the transaction seamless and efficient. He helped me transfer all of my personal items from my old car to the new one. He made special arrangements for me to pick up accessories later. He has called to make sure that the car is everything that I wanted. Before the transaction, during the transaction, and even after the transaction, Mr. Mauro has been friendly and has provided me with exceptional customer care. My heritage does not allow me a choice when choosing a car, but I certainly have a choice when deciding where to buy that car. I have no doubt that when it is time for my next new vehicle, I will be returning to Mr. Mauro. He is an asset to the Criswell team!\r
