I received a Criswell customer service card to complete. For me the card is not enough to say how much I appreciate your service. I was looking for a car by myself in other dealerships and I had some very bad experiences that made me not trust anyone. So, I decided to call my friends to go with me and they took me to Criswell. We were welcomed by Mr. Hoffman and he began to assist us in finding a vehicle to meet my needs. In fact, one of my friends assisting me, who is very much into cars, told us all that he had never seen a salesman so honest and willing to help a client. Most of all, I sincerely appreciate Mr. Hoffman's willingness to listen my personal struggle. I will most certainly be telling all my friends about the wonderful service I received both from Mr. Hoffman and by Criswell in general. And I will definitely return in the future to purchase another vehicle. Mr. Hoffman makes a difference working at CRISWELL. We found a great salesman and a friend who gave us loyal support along the way. So, please accept this extra ""thank you"" to Criswell for helping me find a vehicle and offering a great and honest deal. I am completely satisfied with CRISWELL treatment.
