Criswell Chevrolet Of Gaithersburg

Hello on 10-14-2013 (john Ziegler was our service manager). We had Criswell Chevrolet dealer in (503 Quince Orchard Road, Gaithersburg, MD, 20878) installed the Primus™ IQ brake controller made by tekonsha. They charged us $274.24 for one brake controller. We called tekonsha and spoke to Andrea and she told us that the Primus™ IQ. PN 90160 retails for 107.91. We are writing this review to let Criswell Chevrolet dealer in (503 Quince Orchard Road, Gaithersburg, MD, 20878) that they ripped us off by selling the Primus™ IQ. PN 90160 to us at 166.33 over retail price.\r \r rip off don't go there go somewhere else more

Stefan Kube was very nice, polite, knowledgable and was also very easy to dealwith. \r He gave us a fair price on our baby-blue 2013 Chevy Volt, which two weeks agohad 19 miles and now has 1,000 miles and still two gallons from the dealership.He even gave us a curtousy call incase we had any problems and even answered a few questions that we had. I would deal with him again because he was as good as I was told by a friend who bought a similar car from Stefan as well.\r more

I had a no-hassles experience recently leasing a Chevy Volt. Stephan Kube was an extremely experienced salesman, clearly knowledgeable about the car but didn't come across like he was superior or that I should just ""trust"" him. He didn't put any pressure and answered all my questions. I'd recommend him if anyone has questions about a new Chevy car, especially the Volt. Also Steve Krantz was very personable and did not put any pressure on me to up-sell additional packages. My whole experience at Criswell was extremely positive. more

Gary knew we were trying to decide between two brands and models, one of which was not available at their dealership location. We test drove the Avalanche over to the Honda dealer where we test drove the Ridgeline. After returning to the Chevrolet dealership we looked at color combos we were not previously considering. Best experience I could ask for as a first time buyer! I just bought a 2013 Camaro 2LS and Russell gave me a wonderful experience. I had met him a couple days prior to buying it at the lot and he approached me asking if there was anything he could help me with and as a first time buyer I had tons of questions, as to how it worked what money to put down what to expect and look for. I came back to him a couple days later and he made the process of trading in me jeep easy and explained to me step by step how this works when trading in my car. He really gave me a great understanding on the process. As a first time buyer I was nervous to get the car and how trading in would work but Russell made my experience easy and I felt like I understood what was going on , and what I was spending and not spending, why my payments came out to this just everything. I felt extremely comfortable when I left for how that process went and I love my car!! I would recommend anyone to Russell he’s extremely nice has a fun personality and will take the time to answer your questions and make you feel comfortable with the purchase but also make the experience fun as well, I know where I’m going next time I need a car! more
